We provide fun African workshops for schools. Africa Experience would like to take your school on a journey through Africa. We will introduce you to its people, its countries and to wonderful music, dance, art and cultures.

You can learn to play the djembe and dance to amazing rhythmns and beats. You can experience the acrobatic and gymnastic martial art of Capoeira. You can make stunning strings of beads; you can print your own fabrics using printing blocks you have made yourself; you can make masks based on traditional designs from our collection; you will be enthralled and entertained by our storytellers and you too can learn the art of traditional oral storytelling.

Africa Experience has a team of musicians, dancers, storytellers and teachers from around Africa. Our common link is a passion for and love of Africa. Our mission is to positively celebrate Africa and to help affirm the work done by organisations and schools who are keen to encourage a global outlook. Africa Experience will beat the drum for Africa while encouraging you to blow your own trumpet.

We also work with partner organisations to link schools in the UK who wish to establish partnerships with schools in Africa through a positive exchange of ideas and culture. We are specifically able to link schools in the UK with schools in Uganda.
